Rick is a property development leader with extensive experience and a successful track record in negotiations and delivering multi-million-dollar award winning development projects. Rick has over 14 years of property experience having worked for national institutional and private development and construction companies, in both delivery and executive management roles. 

Rick is an experienced property professional with an in-depth understanding of the Australian property markets. He is proficient in managing the various property life cycles including property acquisition, approvals, re-zonings, development, construction, leasing, and capital transactions.

A key strength is Rick’s ability to deliver. He does this by providing effective communication that builds strong relationships and respect. He is an individual who gathers and imparts information effectively across all management and discipline levels with a collaborate spirit, consistently resulting in extraordinary outcomes.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Project Management) Honours degree from the University of Sydney coupled with a Diploma in Property Finance and Investment. Rick holds a Real Estate Agent Licence under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002. Since 2007, Rick has been part of various professional and executive committees including the Property Council of Australia, Engineers Australia, and Consult Australia.

Alex is a property development professional with extensive experience across multiple areas of the property development lifecycle. Very early in his career Alex has worked across project sales, for asset management and facilities companies and now in a delivery role across all areas of INVOKE Property. Supporting the Managing Director across all aspects of the advisory stack, from feasibility and due diligence, development approvals and capital transactions and strategy.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business & Accounting) degree from Macquarie University and Certificate IV, Finance and Mortgage Broking. A lifelong learner and committed to the property development industry Alex is in the process of completing his Masters of Property Development and Investment with the University of Technology Sydney. Alex holds a Class 2 Agent - Real Estate License.

Tamarra has a strong professional background and travelled a diverse career journey. Originally trained as a pharmacist, and holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Sydney, Tamarra has an eye for detail and a genuine commitment to client experience. Tamarra brings a unique blend of people-focused skills and delivering outcomes to her role as Head of Marketing and Sales Assistant.  A key strength is building genuine connections with clients while contributing to the success of Invoke Property projects. Tamarra holds an Assistant Agent Real Estate License.

Lou keeps all in check and balance (including the numbers) as the Group’s Financial Controller.  Lou is a Certified Practising Accountant with an extensive past career that included holding senior and executive roles with multi-national corporations such as Boral and AMP to private enterprise companies. Lou is also the Principal of Naromi Consulting, a management advisory and tax accounting practice.
